In hyperhidrosis axillaris, palmaris, or plantaris topical application of aluminum chloride solution is emphasized as an efficacious treatment modality.
If it fails, axillary skin fields can be excised and hyperhidrosis of palms or soles can be treated with tap water iontophoresis.
